Privacy notice for potential.org forms

Who we are

Potential.org Foundation, a nonprofit corporation in Delaware, USA, with its operating office in Dubai Knowledge Village, UAE. This notice covers the newsletter and partner enquiry forms on potential.org. Each program and game has its own site and its own notice.

What we collect

Newsletter: your email address, and if you give them, your first name and the programs you're interested in.

Partner enquiry: your name, email, organisation and the kind of enquiry, and if you give them, your role, phone, program interests, indicative budget, timing and message.

With either form we also record the page you sent it from, the site that referred you (without any query details), any campaign tags in the link you followed (utm), ad click ids (gclid, fbclid), and the time.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you and to pass your enquiry to the right team: Potential.com for custom platforms, Potential.org for everything else. Replying to an enquiry doesn't mean we'll send you marketing.

We email you the newsletter only if you tick this box: “Email me Potential.org news and learning opportunities about my selected interests. I can unsubscribe at any time.” We record the wording you agreed to and when. Signing up for the newsletter doesn't enrol you in a program.

Where it is kept and who sees it

Form details are stored in Potential CRM, the contact system our team uses. We don't give sponsors or advertisers access to your details, your answers or your progress.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses Google Tag Manager to measure visits. It doesn't load any advertising network today. If we add one, we'll ask for your choice first and show only our own content until you make it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You can also ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. How to reach us for privacy requests will be listed here.
